We had a driver scheduled from Utah to Colorado. We flew into Utah specifically for this pickup. While in transit, GoShare cancelled the job, claiming we didn’t “confirm delivery” in time. We had already submitted photos of the front and back of our IDs before boarding our flight. We briefly had no service while flying, and when we landed, we discovered the driver had been cancelled, our account was locked, and the $1,200 payment was refunded without warning. This is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. There is no real customer support, no escalation path, and no consideration for time sensitive, high stakes logistics. They can cancel a confirmed job unilaterally even when you’ve complied, leaving you stranded. Do not use GoShare. Avoid at all costs. If you’re moving anything important, use a standard hotshot or courier service that is fully licensed, bonded, and has actual human support. This platform is not dependable.

GoShare won’t refund when they’re at fault
I paid for wrapping of furniture. The furniture arrived unwrapped but since I contacted them 24 hours after the delivery, they refused to refund me the cost of the wrapping.
