This app is part of the Indeqa meetingsolution. It exists in two parts: this participant app, and the Organizer. Within the Organizer, appointments are made and documents added. Also it has integration with outlook to provide easy planning in your outlook agenda. A meeting organizer is able to create meetings, check availability and distribute information, all in one screen.
