Terrific aid for photographers
I often have to drive some distance to get to photographic subjects and being able to have the right sunlight while I’m on location is critical. Alpenglow allows time saving planning, which has increased my productivity and decreased my frustration!

Inconsistent predictions despite strong concept
I’ve been using this app for several months and set up the widget to keep it top of mind. Unfortunately, the predictions haven’t matched my real-world experience. Some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets were rated fair or poor, and I haven’t seen a strong prediction line up with conditions yet. I really like the idea behind the app and had high hopes, but the reliability hasn’t been there for me. I may stop using it unless prediction accuracy improves.
