Proton Mail's zero access architecture means that your data is encrypted in a way that makes it inaccessible to us. Data is encrypted on the client side using an encryption key that Proton does not have access to. This means we don't have the technical ability to decrypt your messages.

Mailbox Suggestion
Suggestions for Proton Mail: 1) In your Folder Section, that you have a tab to collapse folders, otherwise for those of us with many folders , you need to scroll through multiple folder tabs to get to the Admin part of the mailbox at the bottom of the menu. 2) Provide a sort function to classify mail according to type of correspondence. Otherwise, a good mail service.
