Service.
The customer service is horrible. I tried to contact them and i didn’t get any response. I then went on their instagram ( egyptian one) and messaged them and commented on their video asking them to answer because it’s been 2 days but then i went back to the video, and my comment was deleted and i didn’t get a reply! There was even another woman i visibly remember who commented asking someone to answer her message as well and it also got removed. And the delivery takes so much longer then other delivery apps.Allllll they care about is reviews, and well here is your review.

AWFUL SERVICE
The delivery was over an hour late and there was no option to speak to a customer service representative. When I searched online, they had a number but I couldn’t reach anyone even after 10 minutes of waiting.
