Unreliable Recording & Poor Follow-Up from Support
I’ve been a paying subscriber ($150/year) and unfortunately my experience with SwingVision has been extremely frustrating. During a match on October 28, the app stopped recording after the first two games. The Apple Watch continued tracking the score, but the video and match analytics were completely missing. I submitted logs immediately and followed every troubleshooting step requested. Support initially responded and suggested a possible Bluetooth issue — however, no AirPods or external devices were connected. I sent diagnostic logs, provided device details (iPhone 17 Pro + Apple Watch Ultra 2), and waited for engineering review. After that, communication stalled. Since then, the issues have continued. In a recent session, recording stopped three separate times during the same match. On another session, the app failed to detect court lines entirely. I enabled Focus Mode, had no incoming calls, and followed all best practices. At this price point, reliability is critical. Losing match footage multiple times makes the app very difficult to trust during competitive play. What’s most disappointing is not just the technical instability, but the lack of meaningful follow-up or resolution despite multiple support tickets. When it works, the concept is fantastic. But right now, consistency and customer support responsiveness need serious improvement.

Used to be good, ads ruined it
Used to be a good app, but as most software does, it sold out. I can handle some ads for a free product but I just received 10 ads in a row at the end of a video as I was trying to just close it. Would be nice if your software at least worked correctly before selling out.
