Requirements
Bank Zimmerberg's mobile app is only for Bank Zimmerberg customers with an address in Switzerland. To log in to the app, you need your contract number and a mobile banking password. You can set and change this in the e-banking section of Bank Zimmerberg, under Settings. You can also select in Settings whether transactions (payments/stock exchange) are permitted or not.

The security of your data is our highest priority. This is why your data is transmitted encrypted. When you first activate the app, there is also a device registration process for your e-banking contract. Please play your part in maintaining security and comply with the following security recommendations:
– Never leave your smartphone unattended.
– Use a strong password and keep it secret.
– Do not save login details such as contract numbers and passwords on your mobile device.
– When in public, always conceal your login details while entering them.
– Always log out completely once you have finished using the mobile banking app.
– Use the latest version of the Bank Zimmerberg mobile banking app and operating system.
– Activate the code lock for your device.
