Cost of education
Purchased the app that promised to deliver A scream goat phone ring. I found out the You have to email someone to request the Ringtones. So far I have received no Information regarding my ringtones. It looks Like I am not only one. Don’t make the same Mistake that I did. The iphone App Store should have a way to screen out less than Reputable people and their apps.
