Chip Manager

Chip Manager is dedicated to manage the Slim SIM on behalf of MIMEKOM APP. For first time use, this APP will detect the Slim SIM, then asking to grant the permission to access the SMS and mobile status. Also, this APP could mange the Slim SIM PIN code no matther if it's verfiy PIN or update PIN.
