Through the NAVSEG Application, the Captain of the Brazilian Vessel will be able to inform his travel plan (Departure Notice), which will make it possible to accompany him through the marinas, nautical clubs, Captaincies, Police Stations and Agencies (CDA). For this, the vessel's commander must enab
