Do you hate traffic jam? Stuck on the road not knowing when the traffic is going to be smooth... Same to waiting in clinics. Stuck in clinic, don't dare to go and afraid you will miss queue. In fact, you don't mind waiting, but at least you wish to know roughly when would be your turn. Right? Qd
