Our 43rd Congress will take place between the 16th and 19th of August, in Alphaville – Lagoa dos Ingleses in Nova Lima/MG, at Fundação Dom Cabral, which offers a complete structure of connectivity and reconciliation, as it has a cultural and gastronomic complex in its surroundings, being part of the route: “Between Trails Flavors and Aromas” and being next to the Estrada Real.
The event comes with lots of news!
Presence of many foreign guests. The United States is the invited nation and several Latin American countries will be represented by their delegations. Thus, we will have an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge.
Our scientific program will have more simultaneous rooms, so that we have more time for our activities, we can hold workshops, bring back video sessions, more space for free topics and a few more surprises that we are preparing.
We will also have an arthroscopy symposium by the IWAS, a microsurgery meeting together with the SBMR and a Hand Therapy day organized by the SBTM.
The pre-congress comes stronger this year. We will have an AO Hand Course (August 13th and 14th) and an Ibra Corpse Course (August 15th and 16th).
Another highlight of the congress will be the social program. The Services dinners will all be at the gastronomic complex (08/17), and our party is being planned to welcome everyone with a show on the day (08/18). We will also have several sports activities: tennis, beach tennis, walking, running and cycling (08/19). Be prepared.
For those who enjoy tourism, Alphaville is close to Inhotim, a contemporary art museum – botanical garden and the historic city of Ouro Preto. Worth checking out!
