Twice a ray does not fall in the same place? Against the popular hypothesis that ensures this we have this simple application that will allow you to have an approximate distance from where the electrical storm is occurring. This will leave you more calm because surely if you can measure it, the rays are not impacting you. The question is are we near or far? How far?

With a simple mathematical calculation, using physics data and approximations in it, we can have an approximate distance of the impact to our observation point. The more accurate our measurement of the time between lightning and thunder, which is what is entered into our app, the more accurate our distance estimation will be.

Enjoy this app and serve them in those moments of tension where we are scared to at least be objective and focus on what we can do to get safe from such impact.

Is the storm moving away? Take measurements in a row and it will give you if the distance is increasing or shrinking.
