The application is divided into 4 modules.
Module 1: "Fixed data"
This concerns the length of your runway, the runner's VMA and the desired interval between the runway markers.
Module 2: "Data related to the exercise"
You will find here the desired race time and the% of VMA to be mobilized.
The application will then show you the objective speed and the distance to be achieved (in meters and lap (s) + number of marks)
Module 3: "The race live"
You choose here the recurrence of the speed info you want to give the runner (turn or 1/2 turn). It will suffice to touch the "speed info" button to obtain the speed on the chosen interval and the distance to the lens according to a color code indicated on the screen.
Module 4: "My results"
Below the speed chart (10 turns) you will find the distance actually achieved. This will tell you the average speed and% of VMA actually mobilized.
The color background will indicate the level of achievement of the objective according to the following scale
- Blue bottom, objective achieved (to 0,4 km / h near)
- Green background, objective almost achieved (between 0.5 and 0.9 km / h of the lens)
- Yellow background, pace to rework (between 1 and 1.4 km / h of the lens)
- Red background, unsuitable lens (objective at more than 1.4 km / h)

The chronometer used depends on the computing power of your tablet. Depending on the device, there may be shifts of up to 1 to 2 seconds over a 10-minute run (tests performed on 4 different brand and generation shelves).
