With a few simple and intuitive commands it will be possible to make refreshments without more errors.
Furthermore, the app provides a refreshment report by saving the date, time, measured pH value and any notes.
Instructions:
1 Enter the weight of the yeast dough you want to obtain at the end of the refreshment.
2 Set the refreshment ratio you want to achieve and the relative hydration percentage.
3 Click on "calculate" and that's it!
Now you can see how much yeast, how much flour and how much water you need for the
perfect refreshment.
When you are done remember to save by clicking on "Save Refresh" so you can view it in the refreshments register.
In the refreshments register there is a "Delete Report" button at the bottom of the list. To cancel all refreshments make a Long Click.
