Remember Me is an application designed to help and make Alzheimer's disease more bearable, providing basic tools that allow both the caregiver and the patient to establish daily activities and have the necessary support in an easy and safe space to handle. Those who suffer from Alzheimer's need certain physical and emotional requirements depending on the stage they are in. Likewise, their family members and caregivers need support and basic information in order to better deal with the situations they may face. This is why Remember Me comes to provide support in daily activities that many times due to the disease can be put aside, and thus make the disease process a little more enjoyable. Remember Me offers a menu that works for those with Alzheimer's and another that works for the caregiver. The caregiver menu contains tips and advice, pill reminders, GPS, and activities. Tips and Advice is an informative screen in which the caregiver can access first-hand information on how to treat the disease. The pill reminder allows you to schedule alarms, taking into account the time, the name and the number of pills. GPS allows the caregiver to obtain the exact latitude and longitude of where the patient is. Activities shows you some exercises and hobbies that you can do with the patient, all with the aim that the patient can manage their disease in the best way. In the case of the patient, the menu includes all the previously mentioned options but includes the section of my family, which allows the patient a list that includes name and photos captured by the relative or the patient himself. This is one of our favorite parts of Remember Me, as family is very important and having everyone's support and care can help a lot. Our goal is that both the patient and the caregiver have the basic tools to treat the disease, we want both users to have the best experience throughout the care process.
