Determined to contribute jointly to the introduction of European standards in the media practice of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

Convinced that the principles of international, professional conventions and codes, as well as the new normative-legal documents regulating the status and functions of public broadcasters in BiH, are a sufficient substantive framework for establishing rules of conduct, and agree that, following positive experiences in the operation of public service broadcasters in developed countries, necessary
establish common editorial principles and frameworks for the professional work of public service journalists in BiH;
