Are you a technician, hobbyist or electronics enthusiast? Would you like to obtain a tool that allows you to know the output frequency of the SG3525A integrated circuit? Well, I have this solution. This APP will serve you.
As you may know, the output frequency of the C.I. SG3525A is basically determined by 3 (three) main components. They are the RT resistor, connected between pins 6 and 12 (Gnd), the RD resistor, connected between pins 5 and 7, and the CT capacitor, connected between pins 5 and 12 (Gnd). Therefore, to change the output frequency, just change the value of these components, obviously respecting the values recommended by the manufacturer.
Using the application is very simple. To find the desired frequency, enter a value for RT, choose a unit of measurement, KOhms or Ohms, then enter a value for RD, follow the same procedure above, and to finish enter a value for CT, define whether is in microFarads, nanoFarads or picoFarads. Ready. Now click on calculate. If everything is ok, if the values are valid, the application will inform the resulting frequency. Value that can be measured on pins 11 and 14, OUT_A and OUT_B of the integrated circuit.
