The objective of Lauro in Action is to converge and unify in a single, easily accessible application, the services of the municipality, in order to create an instant relationship channel with laurofreitenses and their needs, reducing the costs of access to services.
The services provided in the APP will be based on real location, allowing requests to meet the needs of the residents. The great differential of this APP is to allow the community not only to report adverse situations or request services, but also to monitor the progress of these actions, step-by-step, as the municipal agents meet them.
 
Some events that may be reported:
· Garbage / rubble in an improper place;
· Semaphore off;
· Lamp burned;
· Animal released on public highway;
· Abandoned vehicle;
· Traffic accident;
· Irregular parking;
· Hole in public road.
