The objective of the APP is to converge and unify a single, easily accessible application, the services of the municipality, in order to create an instant relationship with the community and its needs, reducing costs of access to services and all information institutions. Location-based services allow accurate requests for services among many other possibilities. The great differential of this APP is that the community not only informs adverse situations or requests services, but, it follows the progress of these actions step-by-step, as the municipal or outsourced agents attend and execute their requests.

The application also counts on a public web portal, which leaves the community informed of all the requests made and the situation of each one of them. Showing in a visual, analytical and georeferenced way the municipality is addressing individual and collective needs, with deadlines and quality.
