In the first phase, 16 teams are divided into 2 groups of 8 and the teams from one group face the other group in a single shift. The top four from each group advance to the quarterfinals. In case of equal scores, the tiebreakers are:
1) more wins;
2) better goal difference;
3) more pro goals;
4) fewer red cards;
5) fewer yellow cards;
6) raffle.
The quarterfinals and semifinals are played in a knockout system in a single game and, in case of a tie, the vacancy is decided in a penalty shootout. The final is played in home and away games and, in case of equality in points and, later, in the goal difference of the confrontation, the title goes to the penalty shootout.
