It was the 70s, when the couple Vera and Antonio (whose initials gave rise to the name Veran), opened their first supermarket in Guaianases. Years later, after the expropriation for the construction of a viaduct, the store that would become the network's headquarters was installed in Ferraz de Vasconcelos. As of 1986, the company began its expansion with the 2nd store, located in downtown Suzano. In the 1990s, 3 more units were added: two in Mogi das Cruzes and another in Suzano.
In the 2000s, the company rescued its origins and opened a new store in Guaianases. After that, it was the turn of Poá (2003), Braz Cubas (2004), Jundiapeba (2009), Ferraz (2010 and 2012) and Itaquaquecetuba (2013), to welcome the network with open arms. Recently (2018), two more new stores were opened: one in Poá and the other in Mogilar, totaling 14 units.
