pfx time is a modern app for time tracking in Proffix. In addition to the manual recording and the stamping and editing of hourly entries, pfx time goes even further. Using modern «geofencing», employees can be fully automatically clocked in and out as soon as they get close to their workplace.

As usual, hours can be created or edited in pfx time and stamped in as normal. The process is strongly aligned with Proffix, so that users can quickly find their way around.

The hour and holiday overview is available on every hour entry and also on the dashboard. This means that all employees are always transparently informed about your stand - there is no need to ask.
Automatic stamping with geofence
With the "Geofence" feature, employees can define their work locations directly on a map in the app. As soon as he enters a location, pfx time automatically clocks the user in, as soon as he leaves it, he is automatically clocked out.
Optionally, a short confirmation is sent to the user via push notification.
Automatic stamping via NFC
Create a stamp point as an NFC tag directly from pfx time.
Then touching the NFC tag with the mobile phone is enough to clock the user in or out directly.

pfx addresses communicates directly with the Proffix Rest API without detours via third-party servers. All access data, passwords, hashes, etc. are encrypted and stored exclusively on your device. The login is uncomplicated via the QR code created in Proffix.
