ENCAMINO is an application designed to facilitate the life of the members of the cargo transport logistics process.
We integrate Third Parties, Transport agencies and cargo generators.
The third parties registered in ENCAMINO are reliable and safe so that agencies and cargo generators can transport their cargo without problems.
We also integrate with satellite service providers, in this way agencies and generators will be aware in real time about where their cargo is.
Additional we are integrated with the manifest generators software facilitating the whole process from the attainment of the third until the product is downloaded in the final point:
The process is the following:
1. The loading agency receives an application
2. Request the driver for ENCAMINO
3. ENCAMINO finds a third party and sends the documentation to the agency for the security process and sends the data of the third party to the software for the completion of the cargo manifest.
4. The agency generates the manifesto and starts the trip
5. Instantly, a trip is created in the ENCAMINO APP, which the Agency and Generator members can follow up in real time.
6. ENCAMINO will send information about the location of the vehicle every 2 hours and will tell the Agency and Generator when it is loading and when it is unloading.
