rarely functional, have to close and reopen app multiple times just to be able to make outgoing calls

Doesn't even stay running for more than a day. Forced closes don't help. You HAVE to reboot your phone. It's been like this for years, through different Andriod versions and on multiple brands of phones, with no fix. If you're new to FreedomVoice, quit now, before you become too invested in this service, because this is the only app you can use to make phone calls. Find another provider!
