This is a health app for seniors who trains the calf by raising and lowering the heel.
The calf is also called the second heart and works to push up the blood that has accumulated in the foot. As the muscle strength of the calf weakens with age, blood flow deteriorates, which can lead to various lifestyle-related diseases.
The purpose of this application is to train your calf muscles by raising and lowering your heels every day to contribute to your daily health.
It is possible to register accounts for multiple people with one application. You can increase the effect by competing and training together with your family, friends and groups.
■ Application description
1) Create / select account
First create an account. If you already have an account, please select your own account.
2) Selection of target frequency
Next, select the target number of times. Choose a reasonable number of times according to your physical condition.
3) Face recognition
Next, face recognition is performed. The number of times the heel is raised and lowered is determined by the position of the face on the smartphone camera. We do not identify individuals.
4) Game explanation
Next, the game explanation begins. If you raise or lower your heel at this stage, the movement of the character on the screen will change as well. Follow the instructions on the screen. Place your hands on a chair or wall, and be careful not to become unstable. You can skip this game description.
5) Start the game
When the game starts, the flowers on the screen grow as the heel is raised and lowered, and the number increases. When raising or lowering the heel, use "once a second" as a guide. When you have reached the target number of times, you are finished.
6) Confirmation of results and ranking
When the game ends, the result screen and ranking will be displayed. You can check the ranking at any time from the title screen.
