A great systems management game where there are lots of little tactical decisions and longer term strategic options to mull over. Some of the workflows are a little complicated but not enough to get in the way of having fun. Disappointed that the theme of the game is settler colonialism and there is no attempt to engage with any critique of that (e.g. the indigenous orcs can only be eradicated and never fight back), which is the main thing holding me back from a fifth star.
