At the turn of the 19th to the 20th century, former members of society "Protect Lust" to the St. Hubertus Protect Society met to launch. Though founded in 1899 is run on behalf of the company to this day. The first part of the St. Hubertus Rifle Company at Neuss Schützenfest took place in 1902. However, a large inlet has experienced neither before nor after WW1 society. And as protecting nature in Neuss woke up after the end of World War II to life, it was found that the number of members of Hubertus Protect was dropped so far that you could not look into a prosperous future. Only a few members marched on the shooting-1952. Here intervened and instructed the committee members of the hunters train "Erft Junker" under the leadership of Lieutenant Bruno Kistler with the reorganization and reconstruction of Hubertus Rifle Company. They were supported by numerous energetic new members, elected from the circle of the City Clerk Willy Jungbluth to 1st chairman. Under the leadership of 2.Vorsitzenden and majors Bruno Kistler - as his official title for a dozen years - were three trains with 50 men in handsome new uniform and with new pivot flag for the first time at the shooting festival 1953. The first adjutant of Major Bruno Kistler was Dr. Bernhard Hämig. In 1954 they decided to join the League of Historic German Shooting fraternities and thus became the next target shooters for single Brotherhood in Neuss Rifle Regiment.
