EDIT: Hey I put review on here years ago complaing about how confusing the "week workouts" were. I apologize to Stew Smith and Ill say this. this app really is helpful overall. Stew goes over the exercises and does so much more that was I was angry over. Im sorry for my negative review. Stew Smith, thank you for making this. it is helpful
