You broke your app by changing your website. This is not user-error - it's developer-error. We can't even make a new account on the app OR the website. What a failure on the part of Scott with managing Aerogarden. Shame on you. Fix it instead of acting like we don't know how to use your app.

I always check my other Folders when a company fails to send a message, of course. How is the Synch issue fixed? Dec 2025: Can't log into app anymore with credentials. Also, nothing is received if I request a one-time password. Since 8/16/24 Even after I Sync to turn off lights, at least 1 will come back on in several minutes - wasting $$$. July 2024: I have to press the Sync Time buttons NIGHTLY to turn off at least TWO lights - a waste of time and money.
