I have pretty much had it with this game. I cannot believe the amount of losses. It's ridiculous. I play people and they draw 2 cards And end up with a full suited gin. Meanwhile, I can't even get low enough to knock let alone get a meld. I have lost 21 hands in a row with no gin. Customer service is a joke, 12 emails later and I never hear back. Listen to the one star reviews they will tell you everything. this game has the potential of being the best. The deck is not random. DO BETTER
