Alibey Milk and Dairy Products Trade. Ltd. Sti. In 1967, under the leadership of Ali Çapan, it started to serve as a small dairy farm of 40 square meters. With the sincerity, diligence and hard work of these humble startup business owners, employees and dairy producers, they grew rapidly and rose to the position of building a factory. At this small production site, only old kashar and butter were produced. As a result of increasing and changing customer demands and needs, ready product requests and changing market needs, it was decided to build a factory.
It was established in 1990 on an open area of 350.000 m2 as a closed area of 5.000 m2 and has a daily processing capacity of 150 tons of milk. In addition, the foundation of our factory, which is the biggest industrial investment of the Eastern Anatolia Region, was laid and the factory started its production life in 1992. Today, we produce white cheese, fresh kashar, old kashar, cream, cream, gravy, tongue cheese, knitted cheese and curd cheese.
