The Government always insists on ensuring that the disabled persons of society who are handicapped naturally or by accident get their rights and get the full benefit of the schemes announced for them. This requires conscious effort. It has been decided to implement "Divyang Unnati" through Zilla Parishad, Nagpur as an innovative initiative to improve the standard of living of differently-abled persons by getting them benefit from various government schemes.
