About Gestión de turnos

It is an Android App that was created to facilitate the organization of work shifts to the person in charge of your organization. And to inform in real time to the members of the staff of the state of their shifts.

It is born to say goodbye to the sheets of Excell, spreadsheets ... etc.

Most shift Apps allow employees to enter the shifts that the company has assigned them to take control of their own shifts as an agenda or calendar. Management of shifts does that without the employee having to enter their shifts and will be able to consult the shifts assigned to them in real time. (And it does much more)

Turn management allows the responsible; program and control the shifts of all the employees of the organization from an Android terminal, without the need of a desktop application.

First, the coverage needs of jobs in each Service are determined at each moment. And then cover each of the open positions assigning the most convenient employee.

The administration has its inescapable tasks:
-Create services and subservices.
-Subscribe each member of the staff to the subservices for which you are qualified and you want it to be available.
-And open the posts of each subservice needed in each service and cover them with the available personnel.

Multiple advantages:

-Possibility to control up to nine different types of posts for each service, "subservices" (eg three in the morning, three in the afternoon, and three at night)

-Facilita the allocation of the most suitable employee to cover each shift:
Offering the list of qualified employees available for that subservice, day and tranche; ordered by their ratio of shifts assigned up to that moment.

-Prevents errors:
How to assign a shift to an employee who is not registered in that subservice, or who has another incompatible shift previously assigned, or who has a holiday lock, or who is low, etc. (avoids conflicts of ubiquity)

-Keep the employees informed:
Easy real-time consultation of "My next turns", "My subservices in high", "My Calendars", and the "Diary of shifts".
Blocking days or day segments for holidays, withdrawals, etc.
Various queries about service partners, accountants, etc.

-And it allows the holders of a shift to request or publish a change or substitution. (beta).

MY OBJECTIVE AS A CREATOR IS THAT THE APP IS USEFUL. THAT YOU USE IT.

I AM AWARE THAT THE LEARNING CURVE FOR THE ADMINISTRATOR MODE IS A LITTLE ABRUPT, BUT ONCE YOU "TAKE THE TRICK" WILL NOT REPENT.

IN ADDITION I WOULD TRY TO RESOLVE THEIR DOUBTS IF THEY CONTACT ME (IN SPANISH, PLEASE).

FOR THE EMPLOYEES ONCE REGISTERED AND HIGH DATES DO NOT HAVE ANY DIFFICULTY.

I BELIEVE FIRMLY IN THE UTILITY THAT CAN CONTRIBUTE TO EMPLOYEES AS WELL AS THE ORGANIZERS OF THE SHIFTS.

THIS APPLICATION IS BORN AS A SOLUTION TO A REAL CASE AND ITS OPERATION HAS BEEN TESTED.
ALTHOUGH IT IS LOGICAL EACH ORGANIZATION HAS ITS OWN CHARACTERISTICS AND PROBABLY DOES NOT ADAPT TO ALL OR DOES NOT DO IT TO PERFECTION; THAT IS WHY I WANT TO GET THEM SUGGESTIONS, AND IF I CAN IMPLEMENT THEM, DO NOT HESITATE THAT I WILL DO IT.

FINALLY INDICATE THAT I DO NOT HAVE ANIMUM OF PROFIT.

ONLY IF GOOGLE CHARGES ME FOR THE USE OF THE FIREBASE DATABASE (AND THAT ONLY WOULD HAPPEN IF THE APPLICATION GENERATED VERY MUCH DATA TRAFFIC), WOULD INCLUDE PUBLICITY TO COMPENSATE THE COST, BUT. UNTIL THEN "NOT EVEN WILL HAVE PUBLICITY".

Note: Excuse me because the screenshots are not very representative. I have yet to make captures of the tablet for which it is perfectly compatible (even convenient on some screen), and of course, a VIDEO that there is no doubt that it is the best option for a good presentation.
