Royal Decree 1543/2011, of 31 October, by which labor practices in companies are regulated.

The current economic crisis has led many people to unemployment, acquiring this situation particularly serious in the case of younger women who, regardless of their level of professional qualification, have high rates of unemployment in our country. In this context, they encounter particular difficulty in entering the labor market those young people who, having an accredited academic or vocational training, lack of work experience.

On the other hand, corporate social responsibility is becoming increasingly important in the strategic plans of businesses, not only as an instrument of strengthening competitiveness, but also through the encouragement of good corporate governance thereof, which becomes a driver of economic, social and environmental sustainability instrument.

Is therefore urgent and necessary joint measures to increase employment opportunities for this group, measures should help to facilitate their access to the labor market, the occupation and the acquisition of work experience in a real environment. In this sense, it is a responsibility of public authorities and agents involved in the labor market, especially companies, design and collaborate in promoting actions that favor their employability.
