The ASSOCIATION OF LIVESTOCK FARMERS OF LA LITORAL AND GALÁPAGOS AGLYG was founded on October 27, 1943; its headquarters is located in the city of Guayaquil in the Cdla. La Fae, Av. Cosme Renella and Sargento Vargas and its Fairground in the Km 5 ½ Via Durán Yaguachi. It is currently chaired by Mr. Francesco Tabacchi Rendón, in management the Ab. Enrique Baquerizo Luque and in the Fair Committee Mr. Alfredo Falconí.
The AGLYG represents all the cattlemen of the Ecuadorian coast and the Insular region, its center of operations is constituted to fulfill the purposes that have been imposed, seeking to surpass the current productions based on a cattle ranch developed with a good technological support, converging towards they all the advances and technical benefits that livestock growth currently requires.
