Is a consensus-based, gamified technique for estimating, mostly used to estimate effort or relative size of development goals in software development.

The cards in the deck:

[0, 1/2]
Done, trivial or tiny items.

[1, 2, 3] or [XS to M]
Small items that can be accomplished with no problems.

[5 to 13] or [L to XXL]
Medium size items, Any of those items fit into a sprint.

[20 to 40]
Big feature. Challenge

[Greater than 40]
Very large feature (Epic scale)

[Infinite]
Too large to imagine a number (must be split).

[Question mark]
