The mission of our studio is not a sport in its general sense. And not even twine. Our mission is to train smart! Training, the purpose of which is not strength, but the improvement of the body through a conscious approach. No tension, no extreme pain, no self-violence. We teach you to feel the muscles, understand the causes of pain in the body, work on yourself systematically and efficiently.
Our trainers have been training since 2019 and constantly improve their skills. We start from human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.
