We work with ordinary people: office workers, mothers on maternity leave, it’s people, etc. It doesn’t matter for us whether you have sports experience or not, we will tell and show everything you need for safe training.
The coach will build a plan specifically for you: pick up the weight of the weights, the projectile, or even replace an overwhelming exercise.
We won't let you get bored and we won't steal your time. All workouts are one hour long and always start on time.
