The above quote is taken from the Sufism book Bustân al-rifArifîn. Indeed
not hadith. Only the story told by a pious person named ‘Atha 'bin
Dinar. But for some scholars, this history reinforces the notion
they say that making poetry or poetry is a disgraceful act. So
they were careful of poetry, so that some of them
do not want to write Basmalah before poetry. Masruq (died 63 H),
a great faqih who came to Medina in the reign of Abû
Burn, do not want to pollute the book with one verse of poetry. According to
they, God condemned the poets: And the poets were followed
by misguided people. Do you not see them
wandering in each valley and what they like to say
