Residents of the territory or visitors to the Ardennes Regional Nature Park in search of nature, discover the forest!! What better way to do this than to get closer to the Forest Museum, the Maison du Parc and its inseparable forest interpretation trail!
This interpretive trail, located in the immediate vicinity of the Forest Museum and the Maison du Parc, offers a small loop of 600 m to explore the forest and its different uses.
Information panels and workshops punctuate the walk to teach you more about trees, wildlife and the uses of wood.
Fun and interactive, this trail is suitable for children, but also for people with disabilities (motor/visual/auditory/cognitive). Specific facilities have been put in place to make it accessible to all!
This application has two versions:
• The "classic" version allowing you to access the map of the route as well as the main information appearing on the workshops (the mud pond, the quarry and life in the forest) thanks to images, soundtracks... You can thus prepare your outing with complete peace of mind!
- The "adapted" version, for people with visual disabilities, will deliver all the information on the welcome panel and at the stopping points, thanks to the broadcast of soundtracks. The soundtracks will be triggered automatically on the site when approaching the stopping points on the route.
