This application is for you. Control Room lets you create events that, at certain times, automatically change your phone's settings for you! So you can sleep without being woken up by a notification or go out without having to remember to turn off wifi.

With ControlRoom you create your own daily or weekly schedule, adding events that start and end at certain hour, changing your phone's main settings:
