About Open Breathwork Freely Breathe
A simple but customizable app for breathing exercises and timers with a minimalist design. An essential tool for practicing breathwork, guided breathing, deep breathing, or Pranayama.
How we breathe affects how we feel and think. Practicing breathing exercises or breathwork is known for many benefits, including stress reduction, anxiety relief, and improvement in sleep, energy, and mood.
Choose from a large breathwork library of 30+ breathing exercises, or create your own custom exercises, which can be easily uploaded and downloaded.
Or use the all-new Interactive Mode where you control the breathing time by gestures (Holding or Swiping). This helps improve breath awareness and reduce pressure to follow breath instructions.
Each exercise is a timer that includes four steps: inhale (breathe in), hold, exhale (breathe out), and wait for the next cycle. The following exercises are included:
