Sanad application is a citizen application in the Syrian Arab Republic.
Syrian citizens use the application by logging in either through the national number or e-mail.
You can then enter the phone, water or electricity meter and view bills and consumption rate
It is also possible to submit complaints and see the gas dependent's of the citizen in his area.
