About Israeli Army Guide - Draft IDF
Drafting to the IDF:
We have a collection of the major units, their tags/logos, names, profile requirements, and summary of what is done in each unit.
New: We recently added a new tab, this will show you all the IDF Dargot (Ranks), and a snippet of info about each one! Now, you know what a Sword - חרב or a Falafel correspond to
Sections
• Combat (לוחםקרבי)
• Commando (הכוחות המיוחדים)
• Non-Combat (יומיות או ג'ובניק)
• Ranks in the IDF (דרגות בצה"ל)
You will see Golani, Givati, and many well known units. But, there are plenty of units you have never heard of before.
Example:
Tzanchanim צנחנים (Paratroopers): Infantry Corps
Color of Kumta (Cap): Red
Basic Training Base: Northern Negev
Description: Paratrooper unit defending Israel’s borders and conducting offensive operations in times of need. Profile: 82 (Gibbush Needed)
There are over 50 unit cards in the app alone and we are always adding more!
This app is designed for Lone Soldiers and New Immigrants who haven't been exposed to the IDF and all the information surrounding it. It is designed to give general information, for more specifics you can contact us through our facebook page or through the app itself.
