The Baseball Rules in Black and White app offers nine-rule sets OBR, NCAA and NFHS. Tee Ball, Minors, Majors, Intermediate, Juniors and Seniors. OBR is in several languages. The app provides videos of infractions for the more complicated rulings, plus official rule numbers with rulings.
