BERTAN is a cross-border project aimed at improving and piloting new services to ensure the quality of life of older people in its territory through cross-border exchanges and networking of territorial agents in rural areas of the Basque Country, Navarra and the Basque Country. Community of Ipar Euskal Herria in four key areas:
1-Transportation.
2-Accommodation.
3-Home care and caregivers.
4-Detection and early intervention in situations of Social Vulnerability.
BERTAN has been co-financed 65% by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Interreg V-A Spain-France Andorra program (POCTEFA 2014-2020).
