The clinic is closed and the heat is in the sky? No pressure, Klalit has a fast track: Klalit's excellent family doctors are available for you online by video call or phone call, without leaving your home.
The service is intended for Kalit customers only and operates in Hebrew, English and Arabic languages.
What does the service offer?
Consultation and initial guidance with doctors trained to give medical advice in remote medicine (telemedicine).
The consultation is done with specialist family doctors.
How to use the service?
1. Send an application at the following link (the screen will open after identification in general online): https://r.clalit.co.il/5478w20
2. Download the app.
3. Wait for a doctor to get back to you shortly.
Terms of service:
- The service does not replace the clinic and is not an emergency medical center.
- The doctors in the service are on-call doctors specializing in family medicine who rotate shifts.
- Doctors are exposed to the patient's medical history.
- At the end of the consultation you will receive a consultation summary document and the prescription and/or the referral directly to the email address. You can view all the information by logging into your medical file on the Klalit website.
- Before the call, the patient's ID number must be prepared.
