Such notification is free, as is placing an offer, that is, an order to trade at a specific rate that is not currently available in the market.

Why adding an offer might be of interest to you? By setting it, you specify at what rate and how many units of the currency you wish to buy or sell. If such a rate appears within the time frame specified in the offer, we will execute the transaction. So you don't have to worry about constantly tracking online rates while waiting for the desired one.
