The "Puzzle Alphabet" is a great app for early reading children. It provides good training in identifying letter shapes. The child should puzzle together all the letters of the alphabet. Each letter has five pieces, and fun animations make it fun for the child to puzzle the letters. When a letter is completed, the letter sounds to the letter. You can also press the letter when it is finished to hear the letter sound repeatedly. The app uses red vowels and blue consonants.
All Leap Learning apps are designed to work on tablets with larger screens as well as phones with small screens.

Leap Learning
Leap Learning offers a wide variety of learning apps for writing and reading education. The apps are well suited for both home and school use, and are designed in collaboration with special educators and teachers.
Leap Learning always uses letter sounds and not letter names, as it is the letter sounds that are weighted and used when learning to read. The letters represent sounds that bind to words when you break the reading code.
Our apps also focus on tasks, so kids get trained in seeing the words as word pictures. The children learn the words that are not audible and have to recognize the word as an image.
If you have feedback and wishes for some of the apps or suggestions for new apps, we would love to hear from you!
